How to edit Layout in the Blogger’s New Interface

The Layout is the blueprint of your blog’s appearance. Blogger layouts appear according to the template you are using by default. You can edit your blog layout and change the contents and appearance of your blog header, body, footer, and sidebar as they appear on the internet browser. Editing your blog layout is adding, editing, removing, or positioning a Gadget. A Gadget is a layout building block where you can choose from lots of different useful options such as: blog stats, search box, feed and many more. Normally, if you are using one of Blogger’s templates, you can see the following pre-installed gadgets: favicon, naval, header, blog posts, blog archive, and attribution.

How to add a gadget:

Go to Layout menu in the left side of the New Blogger Interface.

You need to choose where you want to add a gadget. It might be in the header, body, sidebars, or footer part. Click the “Add a Gadget” link and start choosing what widget you want to add. If you want to put an AdSense Leaderboard ad in the header part of your blog, just click the “add a gadget” link below your blog header and choose the HTML/Java Script widget. Paste the code to the content box. Save the modification and wait until redirected to the layout page again where you can see the new gadget placed inside the layout. Click the Save Arrangement button and start viewing your blog’s new look with the AdSense ad below your header.

How to edit a gadget:

Choose the gadget that you want to edit. Click the “Edit” link below that gadget. Options in modifying a gadget differ according to its kind. A blog archive gadget allows you to edit the title, style, options, archive frequency, and date format of the archive. You can have a live preview below the window in every change that you will do. Click the SAVE button to apply the changes.

How to rearrange the gadget:

Find the gadget that you want to change position. Point the mouse to any blank space of the gadget in the layout page. If the “cross” sign appears, click the mouse to lock it, and then drag it to wherever a gadget placement is available in your layout. You can even place another gadget below or above the blog posts gadget. In the same way, you can also rearrange gadgets in your sidebar to which should be on top or on the bottom. Click the Save Arrangement button to apply the changes.

NOTE: The HTML/Java Script gadget is what makes the difference between Blogger and other blogging platforms. This gadget allows you to enhance the design, usability, and moneymaking capability of your blog based on your personal preference by enabling addition of different kinds of scripts and codes.

Therefore, I decided to find a quieter CPU cooler. I ran to the computer shop and the only CPU cooler that they have is the Antec Kuhler H2O 620. I was only thinking of an air cooler but the time I saw the box, I was indulge to it. Liquid cooling system is not really my first choice because it is more expensive. However, we the alarming noise I am experiencing on my new six-core PC, I have no reason not to buy it. I admit the installation manual and even the forums I read on the internet were a little bit confusing, but I still managed to instal
