How to edit Posts Settings in Blogger New Interface

How you display and design posts in your blog will affect your blog’s readability and marketability. While blogs display posts in chronological order from the newest to the oldest, it is always important to show off your posts like the way readers want to. Blogger also offer few setting options for your blog to outshine the competition.

How to show preferred number of posts in your homepage:

1. Go to Settings menu and then click Posts and Comments.

2. At the “Show at most” line, type the number of post you want to display in the homepage of your blog. You can also choose days instead of posts. If you choose seven days, this means blog posts in the seven-day span appear in the homepage no matter how many are those. However, if you choose days and you have a huge number of posts in that time span, Blogger will only display up to 500 posts.

3. If you were targeting a single-keyword per blog posts, it would be better to display only one post in the homepage. If you were maintaining a normal blog, 5-7 posts in the homepage will be neat. If you have that photo album template that enables thumbnails in the homepage, you can choose as many posts as you can for your photo blog.

4. Click the Save Settings button above to apply the changes.

How to edit the Post Template:

1. If you want to add redundant headers, quotes, or signatures in every blog posts that you write and you do not want to do it every time you create a post, the post template option could help you. Simply paste the text or the HTML codes in the Post Template box. If you have these design codes that your template does not offer and you want to have it in every post that you write, you can simply paste it to the Post Template box, and it will appear automatically before every time you will try to create a post.

2. Click the Save Settings button above to apply the changes.

How to add flavor to your images:

1. Like what I have mentioned earlier, if you love images highlighted in your blog, you can choose YES to the “Showcase images with Lightbox.” This means if you will click on any image posted in your blog post (whether uploaded by you or from other URL sources), the image will automatically appear bigger and highlighted above your blog. This will enable viewers to zoom more on your photos or images. They can also view any other images in a certain post. This is a good feature for photographers and illustrators.

2. Click the Save Settings button above to apply the changes.

How to fix Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Cooler Noise

My six-core rig is now running but I have problems with the AMD stock cooler. It seems that my motherboard’s (Gigabyte GA 890GPA-UD3H) CPU fan control push the fans speed to higher limits that it starts to make noise when the computer runs for a longer time or when it starts. I have already used the Easy Tune 6 utility from Gigabyte and though I controlled the speed of the fans, it will still run up to 6000 rpm when the computer boots. Therefore, I decided to find a quieter CPU cooler. I ran to the computer shop and the only CPU cooler that they have is the Antec Kuhler H2O 620. I was only thinking of an air cooler but the time I saw the box, I was indulge to it. Liquid cooling system is not really my first choice because it is more expensive. However, we the alarming noise I am experiencing on my new six-core PC, I have no reason not to buy it. I admit the installation manual and even the forums I read on the internet were a little bit confusing, but I still managed to instal

How To Install Steam OS Without UEFI motherboard

I will teach you how to install Steam OS into your motherboard that does not have UEFI bios. The default Steam OS installation requires UEFI bios or it will not work. I did some Googling and found a way to bypass that and everything works perfectly afterwards. It is just slightly more difficult but do not worry. For those who do not know what steam OS is, it is an operating system created by Valve. It is a Linux with Debian Weezy on top and can run Linux programs if you want to.
